This Refund Policy explains how Flow-Za handles subscriptions, free trials, cancellations, renewals, and refund requests.
Free trials allow you to evaluate the Platform before paid access begins. You are responsible for canceling before a trial converts to a paid subscription, if applicable.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel through account settings, the subscription page, the payment portal, or by contacting support at flowza.connect@gmail.com. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Flow-Za may consider refunds for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or other circumstances Flow-Za determines appropriate in its sole discretion.
Refunds may be denied for: failure to cancel before renewal; change of mind after using the Platform; partial billing periods; repeated refund requests; abuse of trials or promotions; violation of the Terms of Service; or substantial platform usage prior to requesting a refund.
Flow-Za does not issue refunds because of trading losses, missed trades, user decisions, market conditions, broker issues, or dissatisfaction with trading outcomes. Flow-Za is an analytics platform and does not guarantee any trading results.
To request a refund, email flowza.connect@gmail.com with your account email, date of charge, plan name, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment processor and your bank.
Flow-Za may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
